The Inside Scoop:This formula is yeast and iron free.Ingredient Details:
(Capsule): Cellulose, silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate. Capsule consists of gelatin and titanium dioxide as a light barrier.
(Tablet): Modified cellulose gum, cellulose, calcium, phosphate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, calcium stearate, and sodium copper chlorophyllin.
(Softgel): Soybean oil, glycerin, lecithin, gelatin, Vitamin E mixed tocopherol, water; annatto and titanium dioxide as a light barrier.
Contains no yeast, wheat, sugar, starch or artificial flavor, color or preservatives.
Suggested Use:Take one packet daily with meals. For best results, beginning with first meal of the day take Beta Carotene (reddish softgel), B-Right (yellow tablet), one C + Herbs (brown speckled tablet), Dry E (white capsule) and Yang Minerals (2 white oval tablets). With lunch or dinner, take second C + Herbs (brown speckled tablet). Take Yin Minerals (2 green speckled tablets) 2 hours after last meal or at bedtime.
